Yes, the bike is mine. I've bought it about 1 1/2 year ago in the USA and completed the missing parts.

As far as I know there is only one other Police Chief in Europe and that is in the National Motorcycle Museum at Birmingham. My bike is the more original!

According to literature less than 10 Police bikes were made and they were delivered to different Police departements as a test object to get big orders. This didn't happen and HD got the orders.

I am an Indian rider and collector. The RE Indians were often regarded as second rate Indians and lots of them rotted away, lost forever. RE Indians are part of the Indian history and times are changing.

The last couple of years the interest in RE Indians is growing as are the prices you have to pay for them.
